Architectural Description:

This one-story brick faced structure contains four retail establishments, each with a separate recessed entry.  Four inset panels decorated with raised cut brickwork in diamond shapes top the storefronts.

The Telephone Register states the building was constructed in 1905 for the cost of $12,000.

These buildings represent the primary period of construction and development in downtown McMinnville from initial settlement in 1881 to 1912, when city improvements and use of the Oregon Electric and Southern Pacific Railroad service promoted new construction in the downtown area.
